At Captains Paw House, we feel it is our duty to provide a safe, happy, and healthy envirornment for your pets. The services we can provide you are the highest of quality and very affordable, but our mission is not to make money. Our mission is to offer a place for owners to bring their pets where they can be comfortable and safe, while having a good time with friends. A portion of your bill will be donated to charity, to help animals who not yet found their 'furever' home.

Plenty Of Pitbulls

Captain's Paw House is working closley with Plenty of Pitbulls to help save the lives of the worlds most judged dog ~

POPB is authorized to pull dogs from the public shelters in Alachua, Levy, Orange, and Putnam counties.  In addition, we sometimes take dogs from other local shelters and from cruelty seizures, in collaboration with national animal welfare agencies.

All our dogs live in foster homes, where they learn basic manners and we get to know their likes and dislikes, personalities, energy levels, and more, in order to make the perfect match with an adopter.  In addition, of course, they get the veterinary care they need.  Once dogs are healthy, vaccinated, neutered or spayed, and ready for adoption, we find them permanent homes.  Please see our “Adopt” page for more information about adopting one of our dogs.
